Join us Thursday September 17th at 5:30pm PST for a Knife Skills Class and Happy Hour event!

Illini Alumus Bethany Storey (LAS 2011) of Ms. Bethany's School of Cooking will demonstrate how to properly handle a knife to make your time in the kitchen more efficient and enjoyable while guiding participants through creating pico de gallo, guacamole and tortilla chips from scratch. After the knife skills lesson, participants are welcome to mingle (chat) while enjoying the food they prepared. 
 

 Sign up here where you will receive the club discounted price of $18 per household and find a list of ingredients for class. Pre-registration is required.
